Need for Container-type Sewage•Waste Water Disposal Package Development
Demands for the technology
▪ Current domestic construction fields and small-scale sewage/waste water processing units utilize multistage tanks made by reclaimed FRP or PE(polyethylene). These cause huge labors and time consuming, eventually unavoidable increase of the processing cost.
▪ As the standard of water quality for discharging after sewage/waste water processing became more strict as of year 2012 to 2013, existing processing methods could not meet the quality of water to the fortified standard.
▪ In present, an area over 500m3 of water disposal processing load should meet the new standard;
T-P is 20 times less then existing standard(4 → 0.2 mg/L)
COD is 2 times less(40 → 20 mg/U),
Causing that existing processing methods needs to be enhanced or new disposal processing unit be installed imminent.

▪ Small-scale processing units are easy to install in a short period but it should be a concept of plant-type sewage/waste water processing that is easy to operate and its capacity could be swift to increase when a huge influx occurs or load of processing is drastically changed.
▪ When its utilization is done, it could be disassembled and get into original shape for next use. Its durability also should be reliable and should be compact to respond any areal circumstances.
▪ As a need of reusing sewage/waste water for landscaping or maintenance arises due to recent interest in environmental issues and new policies to respond therein, it comes a need to new concept of sewage/waste water processing utility that is Mobile and meets the conditions above mentioned.
